When repair is not the answer
Sometimes the honest report is that a part of the system is finished: a door whose sections are no longer made and too damaged to save, an opener whose board is discontinued and gone from every shelf. Then replacement gets quoted plainly, in the same conversation, with the repair price beside it where one exists. A new opener, installed, is part of the opener service. What we never do is arrive with a replacement already decided. The door you have gets its hearing first.
What we do not do
New construction installation is not the business; builders have their own crews, and Paul used to be on one. Gate operators and commercial overhead doors belong to other specialists. And if your problem is the concrete, the framing, or the roofline over the garage, we will tell you it is not a door problem rather than sell you a door solution.
